Evelyn “Rene” Lowell, FNP

Evelyn “Rene” Lowell has been a cornerstone of Klamath Health Partnership since 2002. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and a Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Duquesne University. Specializing in family medicine, Rene is deeply committed to pediatrics and community health, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse populations. She also serves as the primary provider at KHP’s school-based health center. In her personal time, Rene enjoys quilting, camping, and spending quality time with her family, reflecting her nurturing spirit and dedication to both her community and loved ones at KHP.
