Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is the lead clinician responsible for overseeing all aspects of medical patient care services at KHP, including perinatal, laboratory, and radiology services. The CMO will monitor clinical performance to ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing agencies, in partnership with the Clinical Services Manager and Quality Assurance Committee. As a key member of the Leadership Team, the Chief Medical Officer will develop and review clinical protocols, ensure compliance measures, assist with provider workflow planning, and support provider scheduling. The CMO also serves as a coach, mentor, and trainer to staff providers, offering guidance on best practices, and resolving medical services and operational issues according to KHP policy and FQHC standards.

Chief Operations Officer

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) plays a pivotal role in KHP’s executive leadership team, driving operationa excellence and fostering collaborative relationships across frontline support and operational groups. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will ensure that the organization’s healthcare services remain both impactful and sustainable. This position oversees policies, procedures, and operational guidelines, ensuring they are effectively implemented to support KHP’s mission.

Comptroller

Klamath Health Partnership is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Comptroller to oversee the financial operations of the organization. This key leadership role is responsible for maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. The Comptroller will also supervise the accounting staff, assist with budgeting and grant preparation, and provide strategic financial insights to support the organization’s mission.

Family Physician

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Family Medicine Physician will deliver comprehensive family practice services in our medical clinic. The Physician will perform complete patient examinations, screen for health maintenance needs, and document clinical observations in accordance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will embody KHP’s mission by providing respectful and effective patient care.

Physician Assistant

The Physician Assistant will perform primary care and health promotion services under the supervision of a physician. This role involves direct patient care, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, as well as chronic disease management.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Under the direction of professional medical providers, the Family Nurse Practitioner will perform comprehensive primary care services. The ideal candidate will provide quality, cost-effective care, ensuring patient confidentiality and maintaining timely documentation in accordance with clinic protocols.

Dentist

Under the direction of the Chief Dental Officer, the Dentist will deliver a full scope of dental services in our clinic. This role includes providing cost-effective, patient-centered care that meets the diverse health and social needs of our community. As a Dentist, you will conduct thorough examinations, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. The ideal candidate will embody the mission and values of Klamath Health Partnership, demonstrating respect and empathy in all patient interactions.

Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienists are vital contributors to our dental health care team, working in close collaboration with dentists to provide comprehensive care. Combining clinical expertise with interpersonal skills, hygienists offer exceptional patient care, educate patients on oral health maintenance, and assist in the detection and treatment of periodontal diseases. In this role, you will utilize diagnostic tools, including X-rays and other procedures, to ensure a high standard of care.

Mental Health Therapist

The Mental Health Therapist works as part of an integrated interdisciplinary team serving individuals with behavioral health problems within a primary health care setting. The Mental Health Therapist handles crisis intervention needs and maintains a daily schedule of individual and/or group therapeutic treatments. In addition to treating severe and persistent mental health issues (SPMI,) they provide counseling and skill training for pain management, diabetic control and other areas of patient education needs. This may include substance abuse and social skills interventions such as areas of domestic violence. In all cases they work closely with primary care providers and other team members to develop specific behavioral change plans for patients that often experience complicated medical needs.

SUD Services Coordinator

The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services Coordinator will work full-time as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team providing direct services to clients and their families seeking assistance with addiction treatment and care. The SUD Services Coordinator delivers treatment and coordinates services utilizing evidence based clinical practices compatible with the philosophy and theory of recognized therapy models.

Lead Behavioral Health Medical Assistant

The Lead Behavioral Health Medical Assistant, under the general direction and supervision of the Behavioral Health Director, will provide oversight to the daily operations of the BH Medical Assistants. The Behavioral Health Medical Assistant is responsible for interviewing incoming patients or representatives, and entering information required for patient admission into a computer in a timely manner consistent with clinic registration procedures.

Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is responsible for the maintenance and administration of all accounting systems, related records, and purchasing. These responsibilities include purchasing, general ledger maintenance, financial and other reporting, and schedules for audits. Also responsible for reviewing and approving reports, reconciliations, and postings prepared by other accounting staff. Responsible for direct supervision of the accounting staff. The manager coordinates the preparation of monthly financial reports, assists in the development of accounting policies and procedures, oversees the purchasing process, and participates or assists in the annual budget preparation process.

Nursing Director

The Nursing Director, under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer and the Chief Executive Officer, helps establish and maintain clinic nursing procedures, quality, safety, and infection control standards. Will provide leadership for clinic staff and education for all KHP nursing personnel. Will assist medical Clinic Coordinators with the hiring and training of Nurses, Certified Medical Assistants, and Certified Nurse Aides while adhering to all KHP policies and procedures.

Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist will support the Accounting Manager and coordinate with the Lead Accountant in maintaining, recording, processing, updating, and reconciling various financial documents. The Accounting Specialist will also keep records of financial transactions and be responsible for ensuring financial documents’ accuracy and performing clerical accounting and/or bookkeeping duties.

Senior Systems Administrator

The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for providing KHP with local IT support at multiple locations. The Senior Systems Administrator will interface with KHP employees and treat them as customers. Will also provide front line local support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for KHP IT systems, phones, and mobile devices. The Senior Systems Administrator will also serve as oversight for an external IT consultant on major projects. This position will require travel, lifting, and deploying equipment at all locations. Maximizing KHP’s productivity and minimizing downtime will require extended hours and off shifts as needed.

Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing patient care including assessing, interpreting, planning, and implementing physical therapy treatments in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards. The Therapist ensures the highest degree of quality care is rendered at all times and maintains informative, accurate, and timely documentation. The Physical Therapist collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and adheres to professional standards and ethics as set forth by the Oregon Board of Physical Therapy.

Physical Therapist Assistant

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) supports the delivery of high-quality rehabilitative care to patients of all ages. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA implements treatment plans, monitors progress, and promotes patient independence and mobility. This role is essential to Klamath Health Partnership’s mission of providing accessible, compassionate care in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.

Physical Therapy Aide

The Physical Therapy Aide supports the Physical Therapy team by assisting with patient flow, preparing treatment areas, and helping patients safely participate in their therapy sessions. Working under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the Aide performs non‑clinical tasks and selected delegated activities that enhance patient comfort, safety, and access to care. This role is essential to maintaining an efficient, welcoming, and patient‑centered rehabilitation environment within Klamath Health Partnership’s Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.

Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, compliant coding, and efficient billing processes that support timely reimbursement and patient access to care. This position bridges clinical documentation and financial operations, helping providers, patients, and payers work together smoothly while upholding FQHC standards and patient privacy.

Rehabilitation Services Intake Specialist

This position is responsible for coordinating referrals, verifying insurance and authorizations, collecting intake documentation, and supporting communication between patients, providers, and the care team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to supporting access to high-quality rehabilitative care.

Behavioral Health Medical Assistant/MHA-1 / QMHA II

The Behavioral Health Medical Assistant / Mental Health Associate (BH MA/MHA-1) and Behavioral Health Qualified Mental Health Associate (BH QMHA-2) serve as hybrid clinical and behavioral health support roles within a primary care setting. These positions bridge medical, dental, and behavioral health services, offering both administrative and patient-facing support.

Social Determinants of Health Care Coordinator

The SDOH Care Coordinator works in collaboration with patient care teams to capture information that may identify barriers to health experienced by the patients of Klamath Health Partnership. This position focuses on decreasing health inequities and increasing access to supportive services available within the organization and community. The Care Coordinator will also oversee the objectives and requirements of the Health-Related social Needs (HRSN) grant by assisting patients with the authorization and approval process and ensuring all elements of the application are completed appropriately.

Health Related Social Needs Specialist

The Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) Specialist works in collaboration with patient care teams to capture information that may identify barriers to health experienced by the patients of Klamath Health Partnership (KHP). Pharmacy Technician

The Pharmacy Technician provides technical support working under the supervision of a pharmacist in the processing of prescriptions and the maintenance of our Pharmacy Department. Pharmacy technicians are required to maintain compliance with the State of Oregon Pharmacy Board Rules and Regulations, DEA and KHP policies. Pharmacy technicians will sell and dispense prescriptions, perform prescription data entry, bill third parties, utilize the KHP Pharmacy Prescription Plan when patients qualify, ensure 340B compliance, prepare and label prescriptions, perform inventory management, clean and maintain and an organized pharmacy, answer telephones, answer patient and staff questions, and appropriately refer when needed and/or required.

Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant is responsible for interviewing patients, accurately measuring vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height), and recording information on patient charts. Other duties include but are not limited to assisting providers with examinations and procedures, preparing and maintaining exam rooms, cleaning and sterilizing instruments, and scheduling patient tests with other medical facilities or departments.

Medical Intake Specialist

The Intake Specialist, while complying with HIPAA law, is responsible for interviewing incoming patients or representatives. The Intake Specialist must enter information required for patient admission into the electronic health record in a timely manner consistent with clinic registration procedures.

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

The Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) is responsible for a variety of technical duties while assisting the dentist in the examination and treatment of patients. Working chair-side, the EFDA hands instruments and materials to the dentist and dries the patient’s mouth with suction equipment during treatments. The EFDA performs related duties involved in the care and maintenance of dental instruments, equipment, and supplies. The EFDA may also mix filling compounds, take impressions of teeth, and provide patients with postoperative instructions.

The Dental Assistant is responsible for a variety of technical duties while assisting the dentist in the examination and treatment of patients. Working chair-side, the Dental Assistant hands instruments and materials to the dentist and dries the patient’s mouth with suction equipment during treatments. The Dental Assistant performs related duties involved in the care and maintenance of dental instruments, equipment, and supplies. The Dental Assistant may also mix filling compounds, take impressions of teeth, and provide patients with postoperative instructions.

Patient Resources Specialist

The Patient Resource Specialist offers assistance to Klamath Health Partnership’s underserved and vulnerable patients – especially those at greater risk for health disparities – in accessing social, financial and other necessary supportive services in order to coordinate the patient’s care with other professionals and improve the patient’s healthcare outcomes. The Patient Resource Specialist works closely as an ally with the patient to remove barriers to effective care by coordinating services, thus increasing the patient’s chances for a healthier quality of life.

Certified Coder

The Certified Coder is responsible for accounts receivable, posting payments, claims processing, scheduling and collection of patient and insurance payments. The Certified Coder performs account audits whenever necessary to ascertain correctness of account balances.

Dental Intake Specialist

The Dental Intake Specialist is responsible for interviewing incoming patients or representatives. The Intake Specialist must enter information required for patient admission into the electronic health record in a timely manner consistent with clinic registration procedures.

Medical Records Clerk

The Medical Records Clerk, while complying with HIPAA law, is responsible for compiling, verifying, and uploading medical records to Klamath Health Partnership’s EHR (Electronic Health Record).

Patient Transportation Specialist

The Patient Transportation Specialist is responsible for transporting patients to and from Klamath Open Door clinics and occasional transports to Medford and Bend. Driver is also responsible for the safety of the passengers while on the road.

Janitorial Specialist

The Janitorial Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment for all staff, patients, and visitors.
